captive.apple.com popup comes up with blank page

Since upgrading to Monterey 12.5.1 my captive.apple.com pop up comes up blank. So, I am unable to login to my guest account on my home wifi or any account requiring this pop up page to enter a password (such as a hotel website.) I can login to my other Wifi accounts without difficulty. I have seen other people who have listed this same issue only to have the Apple "help" people ask a series of questions already answered until the questioner gave up. Any real help available?
