Bypass activation lock

My company gifted me my MacBook Pro and wiped it. I’m trying to activate it but zero of my apple ids work; it say it’s not the one associated with the MacBook. How do I get around this?

Ask the company to remove it or gift you a different unit. It's an anti-theft measure.
