basically today my bank account was charged $38.60 for a app subscription i didn’t give my authority to purchase. i was wondering if there is a way i can get my money back.

If you recently had a free trial,:
you would have needed to cancel at least 24 hours before free trial expires, so you would not be charged.

Wondering where you tried to cancel it
and whether or not it was from Apple,
and if you saw an error message that could help you
You would really need to cancel that subscription so you are not charged again when it falls due.

Cancelling subscriptions is slightly different in some countries:

We are all Apple users, like yourself, so we do not have any access to your accounts or details.
Can not see any way to help much more with the info we have.

yea it was a free trial but i did the free trial like a month ago n the trial was only for a week. today it charged my account for no reason. i don’t even use the app. i need my money back. it won’t let me cancel it through settings or the actual app. i will take a step further if this dosent get solved.
