Wi-Fi issue

I have a new iPhone 11 which I’ve transferred my data to from my old iPhone but although when I go to Settings to confirm that I’m logged into wi-fi, my apps won’t download telling me I’m not on wi-fi. Can anybody help with a solution please?

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
