iOS 16 Stuck on Preparing Update

I’ve tried to update my phone to IOS 16 twice, but both times it stops at ‘Preparing Update’. What should I do?

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.

Charge the battery > 70%
