iPod Touch 6th Generation Won't Turn on or Take Charge
My iPod Touch 6th Generation won't charge all of sudden. When I try a force start, a battery with red and a charging cord symbol shows up on a black screen. Is the battery dead?

Could be.
One thing to try, plug it in and let it set. GIve it a good several hours to see if the battery takes any charge.
When batteries are totally drained it can take them a bit to get enough power to even turn on

Well, that seemed to part of the problem. Had to use another charging cable and different wall charger. The device now charges up to 100%. Thanks for your help.
