Faster keyword entry?

I'm using the latest version of Photos for Mac (desktop) and trying to add multiple keywords to multiple individual images. Every time I hit enter to select an auto-fill keyword, I have to move the mouse to get the cursor active in the Get Info > Keyword window. Is there a key command or faster way to "re-activate" this field? I want that field to stay active until I'm done typing/adding keywords!

I share your frustration. I think there is no way to keep the keyword area active. You can copy and paste keywords, so you can copy 3 keywords from one picture and paste all 3 at once to others as you go along, so that helps some.

If I have not already made favorites to a group, I can use that for temporary marking. I go through and quickly hit the heart thing for any picture I see with a cat in it, for instance, and then I filter only favorites, add "Cat" to all the keywords at once, then un-favorite them all, un-filter to all, and start over with the next keyword. Marking with the heart thing is fast because you do it right on the thumbnail of the picture. So that help a bit.

I am using the Keyword Manager to add keywords to the currently selected photos. While the Keyword Manager is open, I can assign the keywords from the Quick Group using keyword shortcuts. And the focus does not need to be on the Info, which is much safer.
