Clicked on fake Gmail phishing email

I opened a fake Gmail security breach alert email on my iPhone thinking it was genuine, and clicked on the 'Check passwords' button, but did not enter any personal information at that stage.

What are the risks I incur and what should I do to prevent any malware or other issues on my device or App accounts?

If you did not enter any passwords or personal info, you are OK.

You should expect to see more and more "phishing" type emails that are trying to trick you into buying useless software or revealing personal details.

NEVER click on a link in an email, even it appears to be authentic.
