I cannot update my MacBook 2012
Hi There Apple support, I cannot update my MacBook to the latest version it’s back to a very old version I need some help please tell me what should I do?

A Mid or Late 2012 MacBook Pro can only be upgraded to macOS 10.15.7 (Catalina). Is that what you are trying to upgrade it to? If so, what version of OS X or macOS is it currently running?
