Is there ever a way to clear out failed orders from an AppleID in the store?

My wife has been trying to complete an apple store purchase and it has been failing from what we think is a result of using certain browsers. But now there are 17 failed orders in her Apple Store data.

Check if this helps -> If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services

If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support

-> If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
