I have a Hotmail account that has iTunes on it. Much of the music on my Hotmail account is my own personal music from CDs. How do I transfer those over so I can get all my music through my gmail account?

Copy them from the other computer to a flash drive, and then from the flash drive to the new computer. Then you can add them to the library on the new computer.

If it is songs you ripped from CD, they are not tied to any Apple ID. Just find the files and add them to your current library.
