The password and phone number for my account was changed

I used my email for my job but someone that I share my account and network with somehow has changed my password and phone number so that I cannot get very important information from my junk b, what can I do now?

Contact the person who shares it and ask them to let you in. And in the future NEVER share your Apple ID and any passwords.
