Is there a way to open a pdf in Notes and then write on/annotate the pdf in Notes (like in Notability)?

Should be able to use the markup/sketch tools in the Notes app to markup a PDF.

Ok, but how do I open the pdf in Notes?
Save the PDF to the Notes app.
Then tap on the first page ( preview page ) to open the PDF.
That did it. Thank you
