if I delete all contacts from one device, will they still be in the cloud and on my other devices?

So I let my mom log in to my iPad with her icloud and it synced her contacts I logged her out of my iPad and logged back in with my iCloud but her contacts went to my iphone if I deleted the contacts off my phone would it affect her contacts?

so long as her Apple ID is not logged in you can erase the contacts
