Why should I pay you money for hardware issue? I have 1 year limited warranty prior so Apple company should repair the phone without any money.

If this a manufacturing defect Apple will cover it under that warranty. If you dropped the iPhone, it was exposed to moisture or other accidental damage it is not covered by that warranty.

Apparently they found damage that is outside of the warranty. Did you call them and ask?
If they are giving you a repair quote this means it is not a manufacturer defect. What did they say the issue was for? Liquid damage? Cracks?
You can take it to an Apple authorized service location for a second opinion.

No updating is not outside of the warranty. Call them and ask them to explain in more detail.

Now they informed me that they found a liquid damage. My question is that my iPhone never dropped in water & also never face any single droped of rain. So how they found liquid damage? It’s totally fake information that they provided to me. Apple company needs to change their technician team. Otherwise company will lose their users.

i used my iPhone very carefully. Never faced any physical damage or dropped. Just see my iPhone then you can understand that there is no physical damage.
yes, they checked & found there is a hardware issue. And send me a email for £488.70 payment. i have limited warranty. so why i have to pay money for that?
