Help avoid apple watch SE register inactivity as activity

I commute with my electric scooter everyday, which screws up my exercise data. I move very little while on it, yet my watch automatically thinks I´ve exercised brilliantly by biking. I guess the best solution is to turn off the automatic registration, but then it also turns off the registration for the rest of the exercises too. Anyone know a good solution ??

It adds the minutes to my exercise ring. I get notification after some time for wether I am cycling or not. If i cancel, then exercise ring wont be affected, but move ring goes on. How can I turn off the check-in feature for activities on my Apple Watch? when turning on my activity, there is a check in feature. I want to turn it off, it is not necessary to inform anyone when I am done walking, runningor activity. Any help with this [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Take the watch off or turn off fitness tracking.
