mac mail cannot send

Mac mail all of a sudden will not send any mail. I receives mail, but all outgoing mail gets stuck in the outbox. This is the same for several accounts I use, including on iCloud, Network Solutions and GoDaddy.

Can figure out what is wrong. Does not seem to be the SMTP list.
