Stop payment for user in family sharing

Either disable the Purchase Sharing option for the whole Family Sharing group,

or else remove this user from the group.

(Existing subscriptions are not affected by Purchase Sharing on or off.)

For minors, the organizer may enable ‘Ask to Buy’.
