How do I change email password
Sign in to your Email provider's website and change it there per the own instructions. Once that is done, you can go to Settings->Mail->Accounts and change the password for the specific account there. Some accounts such as hotmail, may require you to remove the account and add it again with the new password.

By email Password, I presume you are referring to the Apple ID password.

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
