I purchased Apple. Watch with eSim from New York, but now I moved to Israel. How can I get the watch work with cellular companies here?

not sure about the new 8 and ultra but with earlier models it was always said

that cellular models from usa, mexico and canada would never work in the rest of the world

apart from as if they were just the gps model
