What is your model iPad? Identify your iPad model - Apple Support.
What is its version OS? The modern Apple TV app requires version 12.3 or later.
On iPad, it would be called simply ‘TV’, with a black icon with white “tv” on it.
If accidentally deleted, you may re-install it from the on-device App Store app.
