MacBook Pro Won’t Update
How can I get my MacBook Pro to update after ignoring too many opportunities to do this?

I finally got the MacBook Pro to upgrade by shutting it down completely for about 15 minutes. I left all of the update windows open this time and checked the automatic update box beforehand. As soon as the system rebooted, the updates completed and everything, including the original problem with an app, was back to normal.
