I got an email saying that I, as an admin, should log into apple business manager on 10/24/2022 and accept the agreement that will be posted on that date. I don't see the option to accept the agreement in my apple business manager.
It will appear around the time the new versions of the OS are released. Once the OS are released, log into ABM and you will be able to accept the agreements.
This has been the case for 4+ years. The date hasn't moved. The agreements come out alongside new OS releases.
Not sure if that addresses the question asked. If Apple states that we should be able to accept the new agreements OR everything stops working, then we should expect to accept the new license agreements on the day stated. If Apple delays new licenses then they should send out an email moving out the date.
ABM has been updated to the latest terms, however no update option? This approval should be before the date not on the date.

The approval and the disabling of enrollment could be independent of the OS releases, but it wouldn't change the difficulty of the timing. You can suggest a grace period by visiting https://www.apple.com/feedback.
