does eSim Wireless carriers that support eSIM Carrier Activation work in Uzbekistan? I would like to buy iphone 14 pro and want to know if it works in Uzbekistan, We use normally physical nano sim card

You would need to find a carrier that supports eSIM. If none do, then an American iPhone won't work.
Another issue is if you buy it in America, the warranty will only be valid in America.
