Connect an external display and enable mirroring. Do you see the lines on the external display too? If not, then the laptop's built-in Display is bad and will need to be replaced. You could also take a screenshot, but you would likely need to view the screenshot on another device to be certain whether the lines are actually seen in the screenshot image.
