So my ringer is on and it won't go back to silent. But I can't still switch it.

It’s gonna be a long process, so bear with me

Go to Settings - Accessibility - Touch - Assistive Touch | On

Once it’s on, a gray dot should appear. Click on it.

A menu will appear. Click on Device. Then click on mute. Make sure the physical Mute switch on your phone is on Mute.

That should fix the problem
