Anyone who has the login credentials and password for any account you have can login as you. The only way to stop them is to change the password and never share it with anyone.

From the online account service, anyone logging in as you has your permission, since you gave them access. The actual person logging in is utterly anonymous to the system. It only sees the login ID and password. Anyone with that information is the same person as far as the automated online system is concerned.

You have no privacy nor control when you share account login information with others. They can login the same as you, and the system cannot distinguish who is logging in. The system only knows if the login ID and password are correct.

The only way to maintain privacy with online services is to never share online account information with anyone.
