If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

If you had a previous iPhone, sometimes your car is looking for that model by name. Go to Settings > General > About > Name - Change the name to your new device (such as Randy's iPhone 14 Pro Max). Also, have your car system forget the old iPhone. Then try to pair the phone with your car.

If your AirPods are connected to another device which is nearby and powered on, it may not see your iPhone.

Multiple, consistent and constant! Never before had I such issues until I got my iPhone 14 pro max. I am having these issues even with my AirPods Pro which are supposed to have seamless integration. Yes, the AirPods Pro were replaced by Apple for their share of issues but the problem persists!
