IPHONE 11-My incoming calls go directly to email!

WHAT CAN I DO? MY INCOMING CALLS GO DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL.

I have tried everything switched SIMM cards, Checked blocked contacts,Turned off FOCUS, I also consulted AT&T tech they tried a few things using my IMEI AND ICCID information to np avail.

Can anyone make any suggestions on correcting this? It would be greatly appreciated and needed.

I put a new SIMM card in and still no change.

PLEASE HELP.

That is insufficient to ensure Do Not Disturb is not on.

Check Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb.
