Partition Deleted in iMac Disk Utility

Hi! Need some help in restoring my partitions. I tried to re-install MacOS Big Sur due to login issues but it turned into a bigger problem. I tried the Erase Mac option and it totally erased my partitions (Macintosh HD and Data) and only displays Apple SSD ap0512 with container4. How can I return my partitions in order to re-install Big Sur?
