You have an iPhone 6. You cannot use mobile data to update your iPhone. You must be connected to a Wi-Fi Network to update your iPhone 6.

FYI - Your iPhone 6 can only be updated to iOS version 12.5.6 and nothing further. If you already have this update installed then there is no new upate for that iPhone.
