Switch Bluetooth from hearing aids to car
Is there a way to automatically switch my phone’s Bluetooth connection from my hearing aids to my car and then back to hearing aids when I leave my car?

This is a very difficult question. First, your hearing aids are bluetooth connected to your iPhone. Second, your iPhone is normally what pairs to the bluetooth in the car so that any call you receive is handled by the cars system and you would hear your calls when you answered your iPhone from the cars speakers. The car also has a mic somewhere in the drivers area to pick up your voice. When you exit your car with the iPhone it is no longer connected with the car. Your best chance to make this work is possibly visiting your car dealer for some help with the system in your car. I hope they can help you.
