My settings app is gone from the Home Screen and from app library

I am on IPhone 8. My settings app is just completely gone. Please help! Thank you!

The Settings app is not something that you can delete. If you cannot see it in the App Library, try a Force Restart on the iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
