хочу обнулить счёт на 0 рублей и сменить регион России на Казахстан.
я проживаю в Казахстане а стоит Россия из-за этого не могу пополнять счёт и скачивать приложение которые запрещены в России
на счету 6рублей обнулите пожалуйста чтобы я смог сменить регион
