Individual plan not replaced for family plan into which I was added

I have been on 1 month trial on apple music and in the middle of the trial, I decided I am going to use it.


I have been added to a family plan, but my subscription still tells me that I am on an individual plan and I will be charged in the future. When I look at what subscription I use from the family plan, apple music is not shown.


Is this bug? Will I be charged? How can I change it? (I didn't find any way)

I have also contacted apple support, which only told me the situation would not happen if I would not have an individual subscription before.


When you want to cancel the individual subscription, it will prompt you that all data are going to be removed, which is unwanted, but support assured me, that data is stored on iCloud and should be removed only from the device.


Today I cancelled the individual subscription and in the end, no data is lost from the device and the subscription automatically changed to a family I am part of.
