I want to transfer my Apple Watch to my new phone but there asking my I cloud on my previous sign in on my watch but I forgot it now I can’t remove the lock of activation?

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Your iCloud log-in is likely the same log-in as your Apple ID and Apple ID password.
(You may be using that ID log-in for apps like Messages, and etc ... your devices may be signed in using it)
If you forgot your Apple ID (usually it is an eMail address (in a few countries it may be a phone number)

What I will do I want to transfer ny applewatch tk my new phone but there asking my iCloud on my first time logged on my watch but I forgot it that’s why my watch cannot paired to my new I phone
