Album art on iPhone is mixed up
How do I correct assignment of album art on iPhone? iOS 15.7.1 on iPhone XR; Ventura on Macbook Air M2.

I am having this problem too after upgrade to IOS 16.1.1. I am currently running MacOS 12.6, iTunes version 1.2.5.7 and just updated to IOS 16.1.1 on an iPhone 14Pro Max. All of my album artwork on my iPhone is mixed up, displaying the wrong album cover for albums. All of the artwork is correct on my Mac.
