That depends on what you intend to do with it, and how much you may have to pay for it.

If you don't need to newest and greatest tech and your usage is not too demanding, it may be worth it if the price is good enough.

Would this be a second generation iPad Pro 12.9”, or a second generation iPad Pro 11’? Both are much older models than current - with much older internal hardware. The much newer sixth generation iPad Pro 12.9” and fourth generation iPad Pro 11” offer more capabilities and performance than the older models.

Only you can decide whether or not older models are adequate for your needs.
