What simple app can I use to edit photographs ?

Hi,

I have a 2018 MacBook Air / OS12.6.1

What simple app can I download to edit photographs on my Photos v7 page ?

For example I just want to obscure the registration number plate on the car before I post it onto a car forum. I can't seem to do this with Photos v7.

Thanks

Brian.
