Visual voice disappeared

My iphone 13 visual voicemail has suddenly stopped working and I can only get messages by ringing Vodafone. Does anyone know how to get the visual one back which is so much better?

VoiceMail is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
