Can't open a link within a web page

When asked to "get more info by clicking the link below", there is no link shown.

Any ideas

The most common reasons are:

Safari Extensions that block content (ad-blocking extensions)
Defective webpage code
Poor Internet connection causing page elements to "time out" and never load
