The option to gift a single song from the iTunes Store is only available on a computer (Mac or PC). It is not available on an iOS device. Sorry.

That may be true now, but in the past, I was able to gift single songs anytime I wanted.

That’s really poor planning. Thanks. I thought that was the case but I keep hoping they’ll get smart and fix it.
