Question eSIM

Unfortunately, wireless carriers that support eSIM do not know how to activate them. I have been unable to activate my iPhone 14 with Boost Mobile.:( does anyone know what you should do if you’ve been trying to activate your phone for a week, but nobody knows how to do it?
