i have increased the brightness of my phone but it still dim…Don’t know what to do anymore

Check to see whether Auto-Brightness has been set to ON. If it is then try turning it OFF to check whether that makes a difference.
Open Settings ➡️ Accessibility ➡️ Display & Text Size ➡️ Auto Brightness: Try setting this to OFF.
