I need help unlocking an iPhone
I gave my phone away and now the person claims the phone is lock and it cant be unlock because it is associated to my apple id, i need help unlocking the phone.

If it’s not listed there, then you have either removed the activation lock or you used a different Apple ID on it.
Assuming the former, tell them to put it into recovery mode and restore ios, that should take care of it.
