In principle all completed sales are considered final as above, however you can try the https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ site to see if there is any leeway they can give you.
See If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support and, at the very least, make sure the subscription in question really has been cancelled now.

Although, technically, all sales are final, Apple does make refunds on an exception basis. There is no harm in requesting on (though if you make a habit of it, you'll definitely stop getting them).

You're only going to be able to ask for a refund for something purchased within the last 90 days, if I recall correctly.
