Applies to Intel-Based Macs Only) Sometimes changes are made that require in the system caches to be reset. Resetting this just might do the trick. So, first attempt this by using your keyboard:
Maybe you pressed the Option key 5 times and enabled Mouse Keys. Try pressing the Option key 5 times to turn it off.
