"Add to Library" option is missing

Trying to add non-Music purchased music to Apple Music. Started dragging and dropping from folder in Finder into Recently Added in Music. Then after a few, it stopped. I had initially tried to just use Add to Library function which existed before, but months later (post Ventura update), the "Add to Library" function doesn't exist.

Why is there not an intuitive process for simply adding music to one's own library?
