DAMAGED MOTHERBOARD

Please help !

Are any fellow Iphone 12 Pro Max users experiencing a critical fail with there Iphone ?

I need to get into direct contact with customer service but I go in circles within the support pages.

My phone is currently none operational - I am not able to force reset it or factory reset - please advice or help me get in touch with a customer service person.
