How do I remove the iPhone 6s plus Sim lock. I bought it from Ebay with the sim lock on

If it is sim locked, you will need to contact the cellular provider to which it is locked. If you have seen the words Activation Lock, this is a different problem. Activation Lock is a theft prevention feature which requires the Apple ID and Password of the original owner. Without that info, you will never be able to use the phone. Ask EBay for a refund and buy a phone that is not locked in any way.
